The Riga Cup, founded in 2000, is one of the prestigious international youth football tournaments in Europe. Over the years it has welcomed leading academies, youth national teams, and top clubs such as Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, PSV Eindhoven, Atalanta, Juventus, Leicester City, FC Porto, Dynamo Kyiv, RCD Espanyol, Werder Bremen, and many more. The tournament now takes place several times a year in Riga, attracting over 50 international teams across different editions.
